Personality Dimensions
- A personality assessment tool designed to help you understand yourself, and to find what strengths you have to offer an employer and your relationships. This 3 hour workshop is beneficial to groups that work together, to achieve and maintain a healthy and productive work place.
Conflict Resolution
- Teaches people to use appropriate thoughts and actions to express anger. Individuals are taught to understand themselves and how to control their anger. The program works from the belief that anger is a healthy and necessary emotion. (Can be provided individually or in a group setting)
Social Skills
- Individuals will learn and practice problem solving skills and communication skills to live a healthier and balanced lifestyle both at work and with their family.
